Yes, provided it was not planted and still in original container and in good condition within 14 days of initial purchase. A full credit will be issued towards any future purchase. Sorry, credit is not offered for any field grown trees or palms as we extract specifically to fill your order.
The average delivery time is within same week of your order, otherwise we will notify you to coordinate a convenient time for you to receive delivery.
If you are a reseller in Florida or out of state, simply request to be added as a reseller, provide your resale number and estimate of the number of plants / trees you will require monthly. Register as a user on website. Once your information is verified, we will change your account setting so that you can access reseller prices and order as a wholesale customer.
If you are doing a project and require many plants and trees, located outside our business delivery range (over 300 miles from Ocala), we can ship to you by trucking service on one or more pallets. Simply put your order online and pay for it, select pallet shipping service. Once we receive your order, we will coordinate delivery and send you a separate bill for the exact shipping charges. If you are registered with us as a whole customer, simply login using your approved wholesale account, put your order online and pay for it, we will process your order and prepare it to fit on the minimum number of pallets. A separate shipping bill will be sent to you.
