Golden Trumpet Tree
Native to Brazil, a semi deciduous tree with canary yellow flowers that bloom during spring and last a several months. Flowers are born just as the older leaves drop and before the new leaves form. Bean-like pods ripen over the course of summer and contain a number of light, papery seeds.

Description
Grow in full sun or part-shade and in well drained soil, though it does do fine in sandy soils. Once established the trees are fairly tough, does show some drought tolerance. Grows to about 25' tall, with wonderful shade of about 15'. Grows at moderate rate. Offered in oversize 20 gallon pots.
